Inventory is low and prices are going up! Local bank owned and short sale opportunities are diminishing. Ada County has the lowest number of active listings since February of 2001. There is not a lot to choose from anymore. 2012 median home prices were at the highest levels over the past few years, and it looks like 2013 prices will surpass those of 2012. Sales are low despite the great interest rates, but that could be due to a lack of inventory.
Epic day on the southfork yesterday. A lot of whitefish activity and in the net, but I caught a nice “smaller” bull trout first then not long later I caught a 22 inch beast of a bull trout. It had my 5 weight bending good. So fun!
