Jeremy immediately impressed Randi and I with his straight-forward communication and his commitment to making our home buying experience positive.  He listened to our concerns and what we wanted to find in a home within our budget.  A near downtown location and small neighborhood feel were important to us.  We also wanted to move into a home with character, but understood that there was some extra diligence required when moving into an older house.

Jeremy really simplified the whole process for us.  He obviously took our interests to heart.  He worked through the available properties with us and really helped us get a feel for the various houses on the market.  Jeremy took time to meet with us on several occasions, sometimes during the evening, whenever we had questions.  Together we were able to find a nice brick cottage that was perfect for us!

We felt very lucky to have Jeremy at our side while we were working through the negotiations, the inspection, appraisal, and signing.
